Hi, I’m Lauren — a personal trainer based in Dunfermline, and I help women lose fat, gain strength, and build confidence in the gym (and in life).
If you've ever walked into a gym and felt overwhelmed or unsure where to start, you're not alone. Many of my clients felt the same way—until they found a coach who truly understands where they’re coming from.
Why I Do This
I work with women who are tired of fad diets or are unsure where to start. Whether you’re a beginner, getting back into training, or navigating the challenges of motherhood, I’m here to support you with a science-backed, compassionate approach that gets results.
With a BSc in Sport & Exercise Science and an MSc in Human Nutrition, I bring a blend of academic knowledge and real-world experience to every session. I’m also qualified in pre- and post-natal fitness, so if you’re training around pregnancy or postpartum recovery, I'm here to help keep you on the right track.
With 8 years experience working at Puregym Dunfermline, I've helped countless women at all stages of life to help them reach their goals, build real strength and become more confident in their bodies. No matter where you're starting, I'm here to guide you step by step.

Personalised programme and nutrition advice individualised to you to do in your own time. Includes one PT session per month for accountability and feedback to keep you on track to your goals.
