Nutrition Advice

 As a registered Associate Nutritionist with an MSc in Human Nutrition and Metabolism, I don't believe in giving out meal plans. I feel they can be restrictive and difficult to learn from. I want to teach you how to enjoy the foods you like and not feel restricted.
